We cannot say enough wonderful things about Vicki. As all of the other reviewers have stated, her cakes taste amazing!!! Vicki's many cake flavors offer something for everyone, and all of her cakes that we tasted were so delicious. We had three different flavors in our five tiers, which everyone loved including pumpkin!

You'd think with what she offers Vicki would cost an arm and a leg. But she offers tremendous value and is very easy to work with. Pricewise she is in the mid-range of vendors in the Nashville area, but it is a great bargain for what you get. We found a few wedding cake vendors that were a bit less expensive but their cakes tasted like they were out of a box, and their frosting was nothing special.

Our cake had intricate fondant work that she had to hand cut. It no doubt took a great amount of time, and she did it so beautifully. We really were amazed at how wonderful our cake looked. Our cake is the Pumpkin and brown Damask Cutwork pattern.

Vicki was the absolute, hands down most extraordinary vendor that I worked with on my wedding. I had already interviewed three or four cake makers and didn't like any of them. But when I met Vicki, I booked her immediately. I had picked out my dream cake about 3 years before I ever got married-this is how big of a deal it was. Not the dress, not my hair...the cake!. My problem was that the cake in my picture was a $2,000 cake and my budget was much, much less. But I had to have this cake. I showed Vicki the picture and she did exactly what I asked for and then some and stayed within my budget! She took me step by step as to what she would do and what the cake would look like. She even drew a sketch for me so I knew that she knew what I wanted. I had complete confidence that it would be right. You know how you worry if the vendor is going to get it exactly how you want it because you have to have it perfect? I didn't have to worry about that with Vicki. It seemed like she did it just because it was what I wanted and she wanted me to be happy. She doesn't know me from anywhere! She was so amazing! The cake was beautiful! My mom cried when we brought it in to the reception hall, that's how pretty it was! A cake made my mom cry! Visit the Cake Gallery, mine is called Lacy's White Extravaganza. I have never been so impressed with a person or so pleased with the service I received. I got more than my money's worth, Vicki was soooooo nice, and her work is the best you are going to get! I would recommend her to everyone!

"EXTRAORDINARY!!! I mean, really, you outdid yourself and exceeded Brittany and my fantasies. The roses individually are gorgeous. And 150 of them, handmade by you is just--okay, I know this is corny-but, an honor. I think when people craft things they love to do, by hand, it is like a little piece of themselves and it certainly looked like a cake made with heart! I got such a kick out of people literally getting their photo taken with the cake! I heard people saying things about it being our "centerpiece"--which I had always intended it to be. Everyone used terms like "stunning". Brittany was overwhelmed and we talked about how hard it was to cut into it. But when we did serve it, you did not disappoint. It was really really delicious and moist and Steve and I brought some home and ate it before we went to bed! Ken also had pieces with roses wrapped and put in the children's hotel room because he figured they did not have time to eat much in the ballroom."

Today on my cake tasting ventures with a mother of the bride, we experienced the best tasting cake! Vicki with SIGNATURE CAKES, was absolutely amazing,and she has a wonderful variety of flavors from your basic Vanilla and Chocolate to Buttercream, Strawberry and even Pumpkin. And the best thing that makes her cakes so unique is her signature Italian Buttercream Frosting - so light and fluffy that it tastes like a mousse, not your standard thicker frosting at all, but so delicious!!!

She has wonderful ideas for any kind of cake design you are looking for - she will take the time to listen to what you really want and show you right there on paper for you to see. She is very knowledgeable and great to work with.

The cake you created for us was more than I could have ever imagined. You took all my hopes, dreams, and everything I wanted on my wedding day and turned into my cake. I never thought that a cake could show our feelings about our wedding but you made it happen.

Little did I know that out of all the times to cry at my wedding, it was when I saw my cake. The moment you put the cake down on the table, "I lost it", I have never felt so touched. It was beautiful. Thank you for making our cake a perfect part of our wedding.
